Opportunities in Middle Market Infrastructure

The current food system relies on supply chain commodities - like wheat and cattle - grown, processed and distributed at a massive scale. Re-regionalizing is going to take considerable investment into processing and delivery (i.e. "middle market") infrastructure coming from shorter, regional supply chains. In this session, we will learn from two companies at the forefront of this effort - one from the grain industry and one from the meat industry.
